EMS Biosafety Transport for Operators
The training is a 1-day, 8-hour course that includes classroom and hands-on components in an ambulance environment. In addition to learning about EMS issues related to Ebola, participants will increase their understanding of standard and transmission-based infection control practices and receive education about communicable diseases such as Smallpox, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), and novel influenza viruses.
