Region 2 Bio 200 Functional Exercise
The Bio 200 Functional Exercise is a regional public health preparedness exercise focused on Point of Dispensing (POD) operations and the distribution of medical countermeasures during a biological incident. This exercise is intended for local health department staff, MRC volunteers, emergency management personnel, healthcare partners, and others who may support public health emergency response operations. This is a hands-on functional exercise that will provide participants with an opportunity to practice POD operations, work through simulated scenarios, and strengthen regional response capabilities. Registration begins at 9:00 AM, and the exercise runs from 9:30 AM–12:30 PM at Sheehan High School in Wallingford. Comfortable attire is recommended.
