How to Become a Voting Member

Attend two coalition activities

Meetings, trainings, exercises, or workgroup sessions — any two within a 12-month window.

Sign the member agreement

A short, non-binding good-faith commitment to participate in coalition work.

Vote and contribute

Your organization gets one vote on coalition business and access to the member portal.
